You train and progress at your own pace. Our main emphasis is to improve our students physical health and mental strength. We have empowering programs for all ages and levels of skill. At the same time, we teach practical street self defense. We train in a friendly atmosphere with Self Defense and Conditioning as our main focus. There is no free sparring so you do not have to worry about getting hurt. We guarantee everyone can learn to defend themselves.
Through my training at KMA, I have lost 93lbs. I am more flexible and have more stamina. Don't ever think you are to old to start getting in shape. It is never to late.
